Keyring includes a lobster clasp and spiral fastening for versatile use, as pictured.
**Each keyring uses the same silver charms and crystal beads, however the non-crystal beads will differ between keyrings based on availability. The keyring you receive will be very similar to the one pictured, but not entirely the same!**

The ingredients used are responsible sourced and organic, and the packaging is eco friendly wherever possible.
Orders are packaged discreetly in plain black postal boxes with no visible external branding.
** In a small number of spell jars, I have used crystal chips which have small holes drilled into them. These crystal chips are ‘leftovers' from jewellery making - I try to avoid wasting materials where possible, so these ones got cleansed and recycled. If you receive a rare spell jar with drilled crystals, rest assured that it will be equally as effective as a spell jar with non-drilled crystals!
The recipe for each spell has been meticulously tried and tested by me to ensure maximum efficacy ✨ that said, I'm a big believer that most of the magic is in YOU and how you choose to use your spell jar!

If you would like to return or exchange your keyring, please email bigmadgebtn@gmail.com to receive a returns address. Unfortunately, I have to ask that you are responsible for the return postage costs.
To receive a receive a full refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it arrived in. If the item has been tampered with, I may refuse to refund you.
On the rare occasion that your keyring arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to bigmadgebtn@gmail.com, and we can sort out either a refund or a replacement.
